Patients with mental health problems requiring counselling or cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) can self-refer to the Primary Care Mental Health Team (PCMHT) to be seen locally. Please telephone 0161 231 0017. If appropriate they will arrange an appointment with a counsellor who is able to see patients at the Valentine Medical Centre. PCMHT patient information
