Prescription Requests
Please note all prescription requests will take 48 hours surgery cannot take prescription requests over the telephone.
Prescription requests can be posted through the letterbox, ordered on-line or ordered through your pharmacy.
We only accept telephone requests from patients who fall into the following categories:
- Elderly (Aged 65+)
- Housebound
